This operation is only available for remote banking of private individuals. If you want to change your profile to private, go to "Individual Profile" in the side menu .
Whenever you need it, you can find the phone number of the insurance company in the app. To do so, go to the “Insurance” section, click on the phone icon that appears in your Vehicle policy and then on Policy Management, from where you can contact the company to make your claim.
Remember that claims telephones are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
