How can I check or change my Bizum password?

This operation is only available for remote banking of private individuals. If you want to change your profile to private, go to "Individual Profile" in the side menu .

If you need to consult or change your Bizum PIN to pay for your online purchases, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your remote banking from your mobile phone.
2. Open the main menu .
3. Select Bizum.
4. Click on Buy online.

If you need to change your Bizum PIN, click on "Change password" at the end of the process.
