To manage the refund of a duplicate charge on your card, please contact the merchant where you made the purchase to have the duplicate charge cancelled.
If after 8 days you have not received a reply from the merchant, you can claim the charge from the app.
1. Find the charge in your movements.
2. Click on the charge to see the detail.
3. Click on "Claim Charge".
Important information:
• Save emails, messages and any proof that you tried to contact the trader. We will ask you for them by email in order to manage the claim.
• If the charge indicates "payment not confirmed", you will have to wait a few days until the charge is completed.
