Certificate requests for companies are only available on the website.
To request an account balance certificate, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your remote banking on the website.
2. Select Daily Transactions.
3. Click on Accounts > Certificate request.
4. Select Balance Certificate.
5. Sign and download the certificate.
Remember that the balance certificate can take up to 48 hours to be generated. To download it, once this time has elapsed, click on the drop-down menu located on the avatar with the initial of your name, you will find it in the ‘Correspondence’ section.
