If you get the ESI2130 error, remember that in order to use Bizum, your account must be personal, the user name must be a national Identity Card or Foreign National Identity Card (DNI or NIE) and must be updated in our system. To check this, go to the menu next to your name on the website and click on My Profile where you will see whether your National Identity Card (DNI) is up to date or if you need to update it by clicking on "Pending". If everything is correct and the error appears with only one addressee, it is possible that the problem lies in the institution or in the destination account.
