To request an appointment with your local branch, access your online banking from the website, go to the manager area and click on "Request Appointment". You will then see the assigned branch and your manager’s name. Then, you must choose the type of appointment you want (telephone, face-to-face at the assigned branch or at another branch), reason, date and time. Finally, click on "Confirm".
