Why do I have a balance and cannot use it? You can check your account balance by selecting the desired account and clicking on the icon .

If the balance breakdown shows that you have a balance withheld, click on the withholding for more information.

If it is a withholding due to a lien, you can consult the communication in Correspondence, using the filter "Document" > "Seizures".
