If you encounter error Z20029 "Transaction denied. Please check your account balance and/or check with your branch", check if you have a withheld balance. To do this, go to Daily Transactions > Accounts > Balances and movements, select the account and click on the arrow to the right of the balance, you will see the actual balance, the retained balance and the available balance.
