Why am I getting error Z20029?

If you encounter error Z20029 "Transaction denied. Please check your account balance and/or check with your branch", check if you have a withheld balance. To do this, go to "Accounts" > My accounts and movements , select the account and click on the arrow , to the right of the balance, where you will see the actual balance, the retained balance and the available balance.
