If you have problems making a transfer, check that:
• You have sufficient available funds in your account. You can check more details about the available balance in your account by clicking the information icon in the App.
• You have entered all the data correctly, they do not contain symbols or dashes and you have selected the type of transfer you want to make: immediate, common or scheduled.
• If you are making a transfer between accounts, make sure that you are the account holder on both accounts. Otherwise, even if the destination account is a Banco Sabadell account, you must make a transfer between banks and not an internal transfer.
• You have not exceeded the transfer limit. The transactional limits query is only available from the website, by clicking on Services > Administration > Main User and Advisory users management > Main card limits management > Manage client limits.
• You have activated the Digital Signature and you are signing the transaction correctly.
Remember that if your account has a joint signature or signature formula, all parties to the account or formula must sign the transfer.
