Why do I get error CDSO131 "Transaction not successful"?

If during the process of updating your National Identity Card you get the CDSO131 error, make sure you place the National Identity Card on a flat surface and avoid reflections or blurred images. Remember that the National Identity Card must be fully visible, without any cut-off areas. The format must be .pdf or .jpg and the image must not be larger than 50 MB. If the error persists, you can try to update it from the website, in My Profile > My personal data > Identity document, or by requesting an appointment at your local branch.
