Why do I have to activate the Digital Signature?

It is more secure: everything starts and ends in the app, so your data are more protected than ever. In addition, you will be avoiding any fraudulent or phishing attack attempts, which are increasingly frequent via SMS.
To be able to sign any transaction you carry out online, such as purchases or transfers, you need to have the Banco Sabadell app downloaded on your smartphone and the Digital Signature activated. If you do not have the Banco Sabadell app installed or do not have a smartphone, your operations will be limited. You will still be able to view your accounts, but unable to carry out transactions that require a Digital Signature.
Remember that if you only carry out your transactions online, either from a computer or a tablet, you will still be able to do so, but you will have to sign the transactions in the Banco Sabadell app.
