If you have received a new card at home and you do not have the option of activating it from the app, nor have you been able to activate it from an ATM or in a shop by inserting the card and entering your PIN number, you can request a new card from the Cards section. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Request your new card online".
You must make an appointment at your local branch to activate the card only if it has been delivered to your branch and does not appear on the website or in the app.
