If your card isn’t working and you are unable to make a payment at a POS terminal or online, please check the following:
• Confirm that you have sufficient funds available in the linked account or credit, depending on the card you are using.
• Check that you have not exceeded the purchase limit. You can view and modify the operating limits of your card from the website or the Banco Sabadell app.
• Check that your card has not expired. Remember that it will be active until the last day of the month of its expiry date.
• Check that your card is activated for online purchases, it is not switched off, and that you are signing the transaction correctly. These checks can be done from the Banco Sabadell app.
