If your card has been broken or damaged, you can block it and request a duplicate by accessing the menu > Cards. Select the card and click on “My Card” > Turn off, block or replace > Replace card due to damage. Finally, check the postal address. In case you need to change the address, click on “I want to change my postal address”, make the necessary adjustments and click on the “Continue” button.
Please note that there may be an additional cost for requesting a duplicate card.
Remember that you can continue to use your card for online purchases and mobile payments until you receive your new card.
