Where and when will I receive my new card?

If you have requested a new card, you will receive it within approximately 15 days at the address you provided.

To consult the address and tracking of the shipment:

1. Log into the Banco Sabadell app.
2. Select the card
3. Click on "View shipment details".
4. The date displayed is an estimate and our customer service department is unable to provide you with more information about the location of your card.

Important information:
Don't forget to activate the card when you receive it by making a purchase in a physical shop or a withdrawal at an ATM. The first time, insert the card into the POS terminal or ATM and enter the PIN.
