Where and when will I receive my new card?

If you have taken out a new card, you should receive it within 15 days at the address you gave us at the time of your request. If you do not remember it, log in to your online banking and follow the steps below:

• Open the drop-down menu next to your name and select "Correspondence". Then, filter the results using the category "Cards" to help search for the "Means of payment" notification.

If you indicate in the "Cards" section of the app that your card is "virtual", while you are waiting for the physical card, you will be able to:

• Buy from secure e-commerce merchants.
• Link it to the wallet of your mobile device (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) to pay in physical shops or make withdrawals of up to 80 euros in our ATM network.
• Use the Instant Money service, where you can authorise someone to withdraw money from our ATM network.
