You can check, activate or deactivate Internet or international transactions on your cards from the Cards menu > Card management > Limits and uses.
Note that, if it is a newly contracted card, in order for your card to be accepted at all online merchants, you must carry out any operation (balance enquiry, withdrawal, income, etc.) at one of our ATMs or make a purchase at a physical merchant, and you must insert the card and enter the PIN. Please note that for the activation to be effective, it is not sufficient to carry out these transactions with contactless payment.
