How do I activate or deactivate card purchases made online or abroad?

To activate or deactivate online purchases with your cards, follow these steps:

   1. Go to the Cards menu.
   2. Select the card.
   3. Click on ‘Settings’ > Limits and Uses.
   4. Check the 'Online purchases' option.

Important note
If your card is newly issued, in order for it to be accepted in all online stores, you must make any transaction at an ATM or a purchase in a physical store. You must insert the card and enter the PIN. Contactless payments won't activate it.
