Why can't I activate Bizum?

If you can't activate Bizum, we may not have an updated copy of your National Identity Card (DNI).

You can update your National Identity Card number at the following link: Update National Identity Card/Foreign National Identity Card (DNI/NIE).

Important information:

Only personal accounts that do not require the signature of two or more account holders can be linked to Bizum.
