How do I close an account?

To cancel your account, please call us on [phone], by calling our freephone number [phone] or by requesting an appointment to come to your branch. In order for our managers to be able to proceed with the request, the balance of the account must be €0 and there must be no active associated products such as cards, savings accounts, investment funds, etc.

Please note that our telephone operators will never ask you to give them your remote banking password directly. However, you may need to enter the code on your telephone keypad in order to carry out certain operations.
