If you cannot log in, check that you are entering your username and password correctly. Check whether you are logging in from the appropriate access: Personal or Companies.
If you have forgotten your password or your user has been blocked, you can recover your password or unblock your user by clicking on the "Log in as a company" option. If you usually log in with your fingerprint or Face ID, you will have to skip this validation this time by clicking on "Cancel". Then click on "I can't log in" link and follow the steps that will be displayed.
Remember to re-establish access to your online banking, you need to have at hand:
• Your DNI (National ID number) or NIE (Foreign ID number) (with letter).
• Your Banco Sabadell credit or debit card.
• Your account number (IBAN), if you don't have a card.
