You can do it from the web. In the input menu, click on Accounts > Certificates, located on the left-hand side menu, and select the “Request for certificates” option , where you can request an account balance certificate or an account holder’s certificate.
Remember that the balance certificate can take up to 48 hours to generate. To download it, once this time has elapsed, go to Accounts > Certificates > View certificates.
For all other certificates, you must contact your manager. You can make an appointment here.
