In the digital signature activation process, the coordinates card appears on the mobile phone screen. To complete the operation, you must locate the coordinates that you have received in a message on the card that you see on the screen. Then enter it in the corresponding field using the numeric keypad.
Please note that you will receive the message with the coordinate on the mobile phone associated with your remote banking.
If you receive a message with a coordinate and you are not carrying out any operation, you should ignore the message and change your remote banking access password from the menu and select "Profile and settings" > Access > Change password. Remember that it must be 8 digits long.
