Your card may be blocked for several reasons.
If your card expires and you do not activate the renewal when you receive it at home, the card will be automatically blocked after 90 days. In this case, you may need to apply for a new card. To do so, go to menu > Cards, scroll to the bottom and click on "Apply online for your new card".
You can also check if you have a pending card contract signature by accessing the menu > Digital documentation > Pending signatures > Digital documentation.
