To request a certificate of account holder, account balance or entries, go to the account and press on “Operations” > Request certificate. Then select the type of certificate you need, language and date. Sign the transaction to finish.
If you need another type of certificate, contact a manager. You can make an appointment here.
Remember that the balance certificate can take up to 48 hours to be generated. To download it after this time, click on the account > Transactions > Consult my certificates.
