To find out when you opened your account, you can check the date you signed the agreement. To do so, log in to your remote banking and go to the menu > Your messages > Check your documents > Digital documentation. Next, you need to look for the account contract or the “OnboardingDG” document, where you can check if the status is "Signed" and the date of signature.
