If you have problems making a transfer, check that you have Digital Signature activated and that you are signing the transaction correctly. To sign, you will receive the signature key in the Banco Sabadell app. If this is not displayed when you log in from the app, go to the main menu > Profile and settings > Digital signature.
Remember that if your account has a joint signature or signature formula, all the parties involved in the account or formula must sign the transfer.
