If you need to update documentation to prove your identity, professional activity or economic income, keep in mind that you can do so as explained as follows:

• You can update your DNI/TIE here.
• To update your passport or foreign ID card, you can make an appointment to go to your branch or call us on 900 82 29 42 (from Spain) or [phone] (from abroad).
• You can provide documentation about your professional activity or income through our website. To do so, log in to your remote banking and click on the drop-down menu next to your name. Then select Digital Documentation > Shared Documents. Remember that the documentation must be in PDF, TXT, JPG, BMP or PNG format and the file cannot exceed 20Mb.
