How do I activate a prepaid card?

If you have received your prepaid card at home, you can activate it by making the first top-up at any Banco Sabadell ATM. Find your nearest ATM with our ATM and branch finder.

If, on the other hand, you have picked up your prepaid card at the branch, please note that it is activated at the time of delivery. However, you can check if the "Cards" section of the app indicates that the card is "inactive"; If so, you need to stop by the office to have your card checked. To do so, please make an appointment.
