To close your deposits, it must be at €0 and without active associated products (cards, savings accounts, investment funds, etc.). Please, contact us at 963 085 000, at 900 700 010 or request an appointment here at your branch.

Please note that our telephone operators will never ask you to give them your remote banking password directly. However, you may need to enter the code on your telephone keypad in order to carry out certain operations.
