Why can't I shop online?

To make online purchases with your card, make sure it is fully operational. Check that it is not in "pending activation", "expired" or "blocked" status.

• If the card is pending activation, perform a transaction at any ATM or physical retailer. You must insert it and enter the pin.

• Check that the card has the permission to make online purchases activated and that you have not exceeded the purchase limit.

• Some online purchases require verification of the payment in the Banco Sabadell app with the Digital Signature. If you have not yet activated the Digital Signature, follow these steps:

   1. Log into the Banco Sabadell app.
   2. Click "Activate digital signature" in the initial message.
   3. Sign by entering the password indicated to you, using the coordinates card that appears on the screen of your mobile phone.

Some merchants are still in the process of adapting to European regulations, so some transactions may be refused for security reasons.
