AV - What happens if I send a Bizum to the wrong person?

To request the refund of a Bizum payment you’d need the support of an agent. Please, log in to the app, open a chat with our Virtual Assistant and indicate “cancel bizum payment”.

IMPORTANT: Once the return is claimed from the beneficiary's entity, it could take up to 15 days to get a response and the beneficiary’s authorization is mandatory. If within 15 days you do not see the Bizum credit in your account, it is because the refund request has been rejected by the beneficiary.
