The cancellation of a credit card contract requires that all credit is available and that there are no outstanding transactions to be confirmed. You can make these checks from the "Cards" section > Balances and transactions. If there is a spent balance, remember that you can always make a repayment, which allows you to continue with the cancellation process. To do this, go to the "Cards" section > Money transfers > Transfer from account to card and follow the steps.
Only if you have no outstanding transactions and have the full balance available can you block your cards associated with that credit agreement (including the SIN card) and request the definitive cancellation of the contract.
To complete the process you need the support of an agent. Remember that it is essential that you first check whether you meet all the above requirements or the agent will not be able to help you.
