How can I make an international transfer?

To make an international transfer go to menu > Accounts and select the account. Then click on "Transfers", choose "International Transfer" and enter all the details. Finally, check that everything is correct and that, in the case of joint accounts or accounts with a signature formula, all the necessary parties have signed.

Please note that international or foreign exchange transfers of less than €12,500 made after 5pm will not be debited from your account until the next working day. Transfers over €12,500 must be made before 1pm. In addition, if the transaction is made on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday or public holiday), you will not see the transfer reflected in your account until the next business day.

If you need to check that the balance of the transfer has been withheld until it has been finally debited, go to Accounts, select the account and click on the information icon . Then, click on the arrow to the right of the balance to view actual balance, balance withheld and available balance.

Remember that, during the process, we will notify you of any possible costs associated with the international transfer transaction.
