The cancellation of a credit card contract requires that all credit is available and that there are no outstanding transactions to be confirmed. You can make these checks from Daily Transactions > Cards > Balances and movements. If there is a spent balance, remember that you can always make a repayment, which allows you to continue with the cancellation process. To do this, go to the "Daily Transactions" section > Cards > Transfers > Transfer from account to card and follow the steps.
If you meet all the above requirements and wish to complete the process, log into your online banking, open a chat with our Virtual Assistant and indicate "cancel credit card contract".
