If your card has been stolen or you believe that the data and information on your card may be at risk, you should block it as soon as possible. To do so, access the menu , go to the "Cards" section and select your card. Click on "My card", select "Switch off, Block or Replace" and then "Permanent blocking" or "Replace card due to damage". Then indicate the reason for the blocking, where you want to receive your new card and sign the operation.
