What can I do if my banking information has been stolen?

If you suspect that your bank details, such as your password or other confidential account information, have been stolen, the first thing to do is to change your password to ensure that your old password remains unused. To do this, go to the menu and select Profile & Settings > Access > Change Password.

Remember that the new password must be 8 digits long.
