What can I do if my bank details have been stolen?

If you suspect that your bank details, such as your password or other confidential account information, have been stolen, the first thing to do is to change your password to ensure that your old password remains unused. To do this, open the drop-down menu next to your name at the top right of the screen. Then select My Profile > Settings > Change Password.

Remember that it has to be 8 digits long.
